Maybe the most important trait or quality of a "successful" artist is knowing how to pivot and evolve with the times. Maybe for an artist, it's no longer about sales but simply about being heard and getting people's attention. Today on the Spiritual Spiral Podcast, I am excited to welcome producer, mixer, DJ and my friend Carmen Rizzo to the show. Carmen has worked with well-known artists including Alanis Morissette, Coldplay, Seal, Paul Oakenfeld and he has a new single out now called “Flow” featuring Vanraj Shastri. Carmen and I talk about the importance of pivoting, being open to change and why you may have to create with a sense of urgency. We talk about social media, tech and the impact it's had on his life as an artist and how an innocent post on IG can somehow be misconstrued.
