Stop Liking So Much On Instagram

In this week's episode, no guests lined up but I do get a quick visit from my cat Nellie which is always awesome for the show. After she says hello, I dive in and talk about why it's time to stop "liking" specific accounts on Instagram. The people who post model shots and pretty pics all the time and who constantly share their "perfect happy life" on Instagram. Yep it's time to unfollow them or stop "liking" their pics because they're merely perpetuating Instagram's incessant and manipulative cycle. I also talk about minimalist Sam Harris and his podcast interview with Roger McNamee, the author of "Zucked."
